Why is an RC club selling hot sauce?
Simple… because at Long Valley RC, we don’t just race hard — we BBQ hard too.
 
A few of our members are seriously skilled pitmasters, and after plenty of trackside cookouts, taste tests, and friendly debates, they finally agreed on the perfect blend. The result is Long Valley Sauce — a smooth, flavorful medium-heat hot sauce designed to complement our famous LVRC BBQ platters at races, river runs, and club events.
 
This sauce brings just the right kick without overpowering the flavor. It’s perfect on ribs, tri-tip, burgers, tacos, eggs… and honestly, just about anything that could use a little racing fuel. 🏁🔥
